NEW FOOD PACKAGING IN STORE NOW

From August 2018, customers will notice our rebranded food packaging start to appear on shelf in all major stockists.

We are excited to announce our new packaging will start to appear on shelf from August 2018. This transition to new packaging will occur over a number of months. During this time there will be a mix of current and new packaging on shelf.

There are no major changes to these products, in some instances there is a small name change or slight recipe improvement, see below for the full details.

Products purchased via the website will be delivered to customers in our old packaging until the end of October. From November, products ordered from the website will be delivered in the new packaging.

Please note, our Infant Formula packaging will not be rebranded until later in 2019.

Bellamy’s Organic Experience Tour and Gala Event terms and conditions

By entering the Bellamy’s Organic Experience Tour and Gala Event competition (competition), you acknowledge that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to be bound by them. Information on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions.

This competition is being run by Bellamy’s Organic Pty Ltd ACN 125 461 903 of Level 18, 60 Albert Road, South Melbourne VIC 3205 Australia (Promoter).

WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter the competition you must:

• reside in Victoria; and
• be 18 years of age or over.

Employees, directors or officers of the Promoter, any companies or agencies associated with this competition, or their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER

The competition period commences at 2pm AEDT on 22 February 2019 and ends at 6pm AEDT on 22 February 2019 (competition period), and the Promoter reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval).

To enter the competition, you must, during the competition period:

    • add the Promoter’s WeChat account as a friend on the WeChat app (see www.wechat.com);

    • attend the Promoter’s Organic Education Session via the WeChat app;

    • use the WeChat app to:

    • share the Promoter’s specified post to your WeChat Moments page; and

    • submit a screenshot of your shared post to the Promoter’s WeChat account.

    No late entries will be accepted. Incomplete or incoherent entries will be invalid.

    A limit of one entry to the competition per person applies.

    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

    PRIZES

    The first prize is one invitation to the Bellamy’s Organic Experience Tour in Hobart and the Bellamy’s Gala Event in Melbourne and is valued at $3,000 as at the publishing date of these terms and conditions. The total prize value is $3,000.
     
    The first prize consists of:

      • an economy class flight from Melbourne to Hobart on 10 March 2019 for one adult;

      • 5-star accommodation for one adult in Hobart on 10 March and 11 March 2019;

      • an economy class flight from Hobart to Melbourne on 12 March 2019 for one adult;

      • 2 nights’ 5-star accommodation for one adult in Melbourne at the Crown Towers Hotel on 12 March and 13 March 2019;

      • an invitation for one adult to attend the Bellamy’s Gala Event in Melbourne on 13 March 2019;

      • all airport transfers within the Sydney, Melbourne and Hobart metropolitan areas; and

      • all meals from 10 March 2019 to 14 March 2019 inclusive.

      • Spending money for incidental expenses is not included in the prize.

      • Travel insurance is not included in the prize and we strongly recommend it is taken by the winner before travel.

      • The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination.

      • The prize does not include any costs associated with redeeming the prize such as taxes.

      • The prize will not be transferable to another person.

      • No part of the prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.

      • If the prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities. If the winner does not agree despite reasonable attempts by the Promoter to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by the Promoter to be of equal or higher value.

       

      The second prize consists of:

        • An invitation for one adult to attend the Bellamy’s Gala Event in Melbourne on 13 March 2019

        • Spending money for incidental expenses is not included in the prize.

        • The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination.

        • The prize does not include any costs associated with redeeming the prize such as taxes.

        • The prize will not be transferable to another person.

        • No part of the prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.

        • If the prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winner agrees in writing and subject to any approvals from regulatory authorities.       SELECTION OF WINNERS

      The winner will be chosen at 12pm AEDT on 25 February 2019 at the Promoter’s offices at level 18, 60 Albert Road, South Melbourne VIC 3025.

      The valid entry showing the highest number of likes on the eligible entrant’s WeChat Moments page will win the first prize as described above.

      The valid entry showing the 2nd highest number of likes on the eligible entrant’s WeChat Moments page will win the second prize as described above.

      The valid entry showing the 3rd highest number of likes on the eligible entrant’s WeChat Moments page will win the third prize as described above.

      If multiple valid entries have the highest same number of likes, the entry with the highest number of WeChat comments will win the first prize as described above.

      The winners will be personally notified by direct message on the WeChat app by 28 February 2019.

      The name of the winner will be published on the Promoter’s website at bellamysorganic.com.au by 28 February 2019.

      The results will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results. This is a game of chance.

      The Promoter must distribute the prize to the winner within 28 days of the draw.

      PROMOTION AND MARKETING

      By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity as the Promoter may require without remuneration.

      The winner also consents to the use and publication of their name, image and any other details provided by the winner in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner.

      STANDARD TERMS

      The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and its terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, subject to regulatory approval, and will notify entrants of any such amendments as soon as reasonably practicable on the competition page at www.bellamysorganic.com.au. It is the entrant’s responsibility to regularly check the competition page for any amendments.

      Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports limit, exclude or modify the Promoter’s liability in relation to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability).

      Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees Liability, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition including:

      (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);

      (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

      (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

      (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;

      (e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or

      (f) use of the prize.

      To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), if the competition is not capable of running as planned including by reason of technical failure, fraud or any cause beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries, subject to regulatory approval.

      Please read the Promoter’s privacy policy available on the Promoter website at www.bellamysorganic.com.au/privacy-policy which tells you how the Promoter uses personal information they may collect about entrants by entering a competition.

      The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and for promotional purposes and may, for these purposes, disclose such information to subsidiary and related companies, third parties, regulatory bodies including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and any company with whom the Promoter is running the competition.

      The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings, including fringe benefits tax. Independent financial advice should be sought.

      The laws of Victoria apply to this competition. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of Victoria.

Important Notice to Parents and Guardians

  • Breast milk is the best for babies. The World Health Organisation recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. After six months of age, infants should receive age-appropriate foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.
